The competition period has already expired and the competition is closed!

The Fund for Innovations in Culture and Sofia Park Villas, represented by Garitage Investment Management, in partnership with the City Academy, invite interdisciplinary teams to join the competition for creating a concept idea for artistic design of the common spaces in a new residential complex - Sofia Park Villas, which is under construction.

The competition is about creating a design and an overall visual language of a series of external elements in the closed residential complex, taking into account that in Sofia Park Villas the main focus are people who will live or spend some of their spare time in the complex. Therefore, the entire concept aims at creating an environment that predisposes users and visitors to feel cozy and comfortable – in two words, “right on the spot”.
